UPS Signature —–>Close Window and Return to the Previous Page

When you place your order, you have the option of whether or not you want the UPS delivery person to require a signature when your package is delivered.

If you choose “Yes” then the UPS delivery person will not leave the package unless there is someone there to sign for it. This is a safety measure to make sure someone doesn’t steal or damage your package. You do however have to make sure someone will be available when your package is being delivered. You will receive an email notifying you when your package has been shipped.

If you choose “No” then the UPS delivery person will leave the package even if there is not anyone there to sign for it. Note that if you do not require a signature Brown’s Tree Farm will not be held responsible for any stolen or damaged packages.
